Has anyone done this type of training? 6-9 sets per muscle group 4-6 reps with 2-3 minute rest. Program says the workout should last no more than 30-40 minutes. Dont perform no force reps negatives, pause reps or burn-out sets. Im asking about it , because I have been doing it with a group of guys at my gym and we are not noticing anything. Has anyone else had any luck?
