Max-OT Question

Hey guys,
I just read the Max-OT training routine. What size and strength gains (especially on your bench press) did u gain while on this program? Thank you.
 
I just decided to give it a whirl after finishing up Ian Kings Limping Series. I am only on week 2 so it is to early to tell as far as mass gains but strength has been increasing and I am having a blast lifting the heavy weights. Most fun I have had w/ a routine in a while.
 
I just started a week ago. I dont know about other users but this technique is a lot different for me. Its like, when i leave the gym it doesnt feel like i worked out enough, and it takes 24-36 hrs b4 soreness (instead of 12-18) but when it hits, hope you OD on Tylenol cause the soreness is pretty rigid. (I love soreness, it makes me feel like I did something).
 
dude, i followed the MAxout routine
made some gains, although ahve altered the routine and some other things
regardless of the changes i have made, they are all based on the max-out principles and have worked very well for me
