Max Cardio?

im on 250 icn every 5 days , 25mg l- aromisan EOD, and about to start yellow stanabol at 30mg per day , i need to lose a lot of fat ,

I cant take stimulants like hydroxcut either!!!!

my diet is %50 pro , %30 carbs %20 fat , all clean

my ? is how much cardio should i do for max fat burning ?

is 30min before breakfast and 30min post work out 5 days a week too much ?

And whats the best method you have found to work , fast or slow pace ?

To maintain your muscle, moderate cardio for longer durations, say 45 minutes is best. Of course this, this is debatable. Higher intensity will burn more calories but at the expense of your hard earned muscle. Do a search and I think you will bring up a whole slew of information and opinions. You will have to find out what works best for your body type the old fashion way. "Just do it".
