I gave up management about 9 years ago, as a worker bee I typically end up in the top 10-15% which is fine with me. I am an acting director (2 years) and been hiring for my job, basically - I march to the beat of a different drummer, I refuse to wear a watch or a tie.

I am extremely fit relative to my peers, if I did juice I would be another 30-40lbs, but I chose not to. I consistently stay at 205-210 at ~10 bf or less, that is my goal.
