the intricacies of the plot is what makes the movie great. Special effects are super, but thats just the eye candy.

I actually liked star wars 1 and 2.

Tried to see it through child eyes. Take it for it what it is kinda attitude.

I insisted on stoning before seeing it, because I was interested in it primarily as an audio-visual mindblower. Not surprisingly, I don't remember a lot of details. I'll most likely go see it again within a 2-3 weeks, even though I usually watch movies "in the moment", and don't spend time thinking about them. I do have at least a basic familiarity with programming (or at least a CS degree that says so), but nothing special about the plot occurred to me. That's no surprise, given how little effort I have put into understanding it so far. In any case, I look forward to all your insights.

Carl Sagan... what is the Demon Haunted World about ?

the book examines the differences between pseudo-science and actual science.

he gives his thoughts on subjects ranging from witchcraft to UFOs.

a good book on why skepticism is important.

have you ever read anything by carl sagan?

i have yet to read a book by him that has disappointed me. he really has a way of making science sound like poetry.

I also think it leaves quite a few possibilities open,which I hope are answered in Revolutions.I will definitely be going back to see this one again,and will be all over Revolutions when it comes out.

There was a couple of huge questions left unanswered in the last 20 minutes. I am so happy that I have seen this movie.
