I am seeking advice on this cycle, any opinions, ideas, advice would be highly appreciated and well received. Thank you.

Pleaes provide your stats, diet and workout so that we can have some kind of idea how to help you, need yout goal for this cycle too.
 
I have always been in excellent shape and very strong. I have been a Martial Artist since age 6. I weighed around 200lbs at 5'11" for many years shredding down to 185lbs and bulking up to 235lbs. No idea BF %. In the pic I was 185lbs incline pressing 315lbs for a few reps and squating 405lbs for 20. Best all time bench was 405lbs for 3reps, incline 315lbs for 10 reps, squat 650lbs for 1 rep. @ 235lbs. Always running every morning 5-10 miles no matter what weight.

Currently I am 38, new father (daughter now 5) I found myself VERY FAT/ OBESE 242lbs maybe 30% BF but really no idea. I haven't trained in like 3 years. I had a physical, heart good, blood pressure good 120 / 80. My Total Test level was @ 370 ng/dl. I feel lazy and unmotivated. I began Wellbutrin 2 months ago and am now @ 150mg - 2x day (300mg total). I feel a bit better, more motivated, and ready to begin training again. I began dieting (eating less) and began walking fast for about 1 hour in the AM empty stomach with Black Coffee. I have lost a few lbs and I am now at 234lbs.

I will be 39 in 3 months, I want to be in the best shape of my life when I hit 40. My goal is to be 220lbs lean w/ abs and VERY STRONG. I like to train 5 - 6 days week in PM (around 1 hour), and run in the AM 5-10 miles (around 1 hour). I can eat well and will be refining my diet. I am looking for a beefed up HRT program that I can stay on year round with no sides but wish to kick start it off with a nice 16 week blast.

Due to my body type and where I store fat etc. I think I tend to have a higher estrogen although I didn't check. Looking to maintain my boys, raise DHT, Test, and lower Estrogen for the long hall.

I plan on pinning Mast, Test, Bold, Letro, combined in same pin EOD and pinning HCG separate pin EOD SAME DAY.

Have I left anything out??
 
Also I should add, the only supplements I really have the money for are Protein powder and Multi-vitamin. The gear I will buy in powder and mix myself.:-)

IDK really what my BF is as I stated it is most likely much lower. The last 3 years of my life have been a very difficult. My wife and I were separated (not by any choice of our own but rather due to politics and visas). I lost my job and we lost our home and most of what we owned due to a very dangerous situation in the country I was working and where I had met my wife 8 years earlier. (VERY LONG STORY) Point is I found myself a full time parent with no help, no job, no home, no gym, and very depressed. I could not afford to eat a specialized diet nor did I have a way to go run. Are these excuses?? Maybe but unfortunately it seems I need to explain. Yes, my shape got away from me. :( Sh!t Happens, even to the best of us. (seen the belly on Mike Tyson lately?)

Anyway yeah, I'm fat and out of shape. My test is low and I've been depressed. ENOUGH ABOUT THAT.

IT IS TIME for me to get it back!! In 2000 I fought for the International Shidokan Title in a "Triathalon of Martial Arts" which is Full Contact Karate, Muy Thai, and MMA with competetors needing to show a proficiency in all 3. ROYCE GRACIE was quoted as saying "The UFC is a piece of cake compared to the Shidokan". I made it to the finals (ELIMINATIONS) with my last fight being stopped because I went dry in the third round, my body stopped sweating and the Doc stopped the match. I have NEVER been knocked out and this is the only fight I have ever lost. I grew up in So FL and fought underground, as we have done down here for years, since I was 17. I have since knocked people out of 4 continents. No America, Central America, Europe, Africa. I'm a tuff dude and I got what it takes to achieve my goals. Even in the shape I am in I am a beast.

Now I'm back on my feet, stable, and ready. So I'll either do it with your condescending, belittling, comments, and lack of help or I will do it with your support and help but I WILL DO IT!

I am no newbie to AAS. I did my first cycle in early 1990 which I did 5 mild cycles ending in late 1992 to bulk up and such for football. Then I stayed off until 6 weeks before my Title fight in 2000 when I began taking week 1-6 d-bol 25mg w/ Nolvadex 20mg ED & weeks 3-6 Winstol 50mg EOD. That is all and I was inclining 315lbs for 10 reps and Squating 405lbs for 20 reps at 185lbs with extremely low BF. Not to mention being able to run all day and do jumping spinning back kicks etc.

My next cycle wasnt until 2003 when I did 3 cycles of Eq, (I lived in Mexico and was just training for beach body) the last one I through in some Halotestin the last few weeks. I was a freakin ROCK!! Then I did a cycle of Supertest 250, Deca, retrovit-B (Dianabol) just to get massive and I did. I went up to 235lbs and was by far the biggest and strongest guy in our city (Veracruz, MX).. that was 2005 and the last one I did. I returned to about 200lbs but in good shape and very strong. I maintained this until 2009 when the SHTF.

So now I am looking for a different approach and am looking to get back in shape, BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE, and maintain this for many years through a beefed up HRT program, not too mention training hard and eating well.

Now I am ONLY here looking to get some advice on some newer protocols. I posted my question in the first post but I will do so again here.

Two things throwing me for a loop here. I have never run boldenone and I have never heard if pinning letro. What I do have alot of experience in is the cyp and mast. Your dosages don't look to bad for either if those. Mild actually which is good imo. I would strongly recommend you get in a little better shape before you start this cycle. With your experience you know very well what aas can do to bp and cholesterol. The added bf% puts the risks way higher than the reward. You can diet down. Do some good Cardio. Possibly mma or martial arts workouts for a bit and be much safer starting the aas then. I commend you bro for your accomplishments as well as your determination to get in the best shape of your life. I am 39 and kniw exactly where you are coming from. Good luck bro. Who knows, maybe I don't even need AAS. I have been in a 3rd world country having a ball for the last 10 years. There may be all sorts of ways to raise test "naturally". IDK... If you know a BETTER WAY for me to achieve my goals without AAS PLEASE I would love to here it.. and no Super High Dollar supplements please. It seems to me AAS is much more cost effective, at least in mexico it was. :P Been out the loop for a bit. If ya got good advice, let me have it. Thanks.

Yes, I am getting in better shape now. Thank you, that is very sound advice and I agree. My HDL / LDL are good, Heart rate good, BP good, and I have run 10 miles at this weight many times, albiet much leaner though BUT YEAH, I should definitely get in better shape first, that's the plan. Goin with EZ on this one, prob should tone up a bit and get some of that foundation back before you go to the AAS, smart way to approach it. Quick way out right here.

I need to decide on a protocol, locate suppliers, assemble the gear, and by then I should be in well enough shape to begin. I am not saying I want to start tomorrow. I like to do LOTS of research and planning first. I think I would like to begin in approximately 3 months. I should be down to near 210lbs by then and running at least 5 miles a day. HOWEVER one of the great benefits of AAS is that they are a huge help in increasing LBM and lowering % of BF which IS what I am looking to do.

I think the recent traumatic events and incredible stress I have been under have hurt my test, maybe it was the cycles in the past...IDK, but I recently blew up fast!! I would say 30lbs in just the past year!!!! but I am down around 10 so far... I think a long, mild, HRT style protocol with the gear I mentioned could REALLY HELP me out.

I am mainly looking to get some advice on some newer protocols, your ideas and technical expertise would be highly appreciated and well received. Thank you.

why would you use letro if you're not running a cycle? Do you have gyno? Also never heard of anyone pinning letro? Even if you can I don't know why you wouldn't just take it orally....and running 10 miles at 30% bf is pretty impressive, I have a feeling you're overestimating your bf% Get it checked out and under 15% before running your cycle. Rs-transaderm, hcgenerate,unleashed, and phytoserms 347 are all great test boosters and can be found at needtobuildmuscle.com.....best of luck
 
You must have miss understood me. I never said I ran 10 miles at 30% BF. No way!

The low dose Letro is to combat estrogen which might be a problem with the 500iu of HCG EOD especially since I seem prone to high aromatization, (easy water weight bloat on test, fat on chest, hips etc) Never gyno*

HCG basically "acts" as Leutenizing Hormone (LH) in your body. If hCG is used for too long and in too high a dose it will eventually inhibit the production of LH via negative feedback on the hypothalamus and pituitary gland and Letrozole can be used to counter this by stimulating the hypothalamus and pituitary glands to raise LH and FSH and therefore also testosterone.

Or am I wrong on this?

Can I just say, Man it sounds like you are in a mad rush.. don't get me wrong I know the feeling... step back and think this out more... you really don't need a blast to start. your condition is not ready to blast, IMO, you need a stringent determined plan with a well thought out revamp dose of whatever supplements, to get you to a better starting place. Out of shape and high bf is not a good starting place. Your age and past training will show great results, if you just train and eat well.. Personally, in this condtion, just a good test e supplimentation with testing to back up dosage sounds more reasonable? And the letro is killing flies with a sledge hammer don't you think? (not to mention i haven't heard of im for letro either? but no expert here!) why not just some adex or aromasin? like i said, don't rush, you have a 5 year old... you have to be in this for the long haul! you have the determination and that is the key factor in success... good luck bro, keep us informed..!

This is what I have come up with after MUCH thought and consideration. First, I've never been a big fan of just pure test, I think it is a great base but haven't personally recieved great results from this. Again, I am getting in shape first. I've already lost 10lbs and will lost 20 more before I start in Feb 1st. 210lbs @ 15% BF is the goal starting point

Damn that's a light cycle bro, don't know if that will do much of anything....I would either raise the doses or just run a short 4 week oral cycle like beastdrol
 
I was actually thinking of dropping it to 300mgs total AAS 100test, 100deca, 100mast plus the HCG and Letro and running this year round. Good steady long term gains, I hate up and downs
