I had 2 cycles before this.

cycle1: week 1-8 deca 200 mg/week
week 1-8 sustanon 250mg/week

cycle 2: week 1-10 eq 500mg/week
week 1-10 test enanth. 500mg/week

i'm started training on 65 kg and i'm now training for a jear and a half.
 
bro your past cycles sucked

what are your goals fool

i hate to advise this but if youre a vet and your looking for ultimate bulk

1-10 test e 800mg
1-10 deca 600mg
1-5 dbol 50mg

you cant grow on that you cant grown on anything
 
Not sure I agree with opinions in that article. Who wrote it?

One frustration about contibuting to the boards. I know if I took some 22 year old kid who was willing to work and alter his diet and trained him and had him take nothing but BIG BLAST and VIGOR, I know he'd experience better gains than these guys doing a gram a week. I know it. It just astounds me that people think they need that much.

YES SURE maybe if YOU Trained him

but lets be honest

if a guy is 22 and has a solid base and knows the ropes
he is going to grow a lot better off a G than what youre proposing
I agree these guys are overdoing this shit and expecting drugs to do the work for them but have to disagree on that brother good input tho.
 
holy ghost,i don't wanna take to much because otherwise every cycle i do it's has to be more than the last cycle and then i'm ending at shooting 3gr/week or something.i'm from the principle as long as i grow on low dosages,why go up.

I'm not saying that BIG BLAST and VIGOR is comporable to dball and drol! lol! I'm making the point that there are ways of making progress that a lot of guys are missing and relying on more gear than their body can use -- which in the long run just slows progress down, not speeds it up.

Yeah, my personal training days are over but I used to enjoy working with an ambitious client and watching them grow. Well, he CAN buy my books.

I would use enough so that its a tool to use along with your training and diet. I would never take as much as sometimes reccomended unless I was already in the IFBB going for the olympia and I needed all that muscle mass and neede to be 300lbs contest ready lol. Thats a shitload to take. I would just do 10 weeks of enanthate or something with some dbal. mabye like 30-35mg a day or something. and take that for the first 4 weeks.

Although i only agree with about 60% of what you say, a lot of it being personal preference, you are a top dog on this board and have my respect.
 
there's just no way you need to combine both anadrol and dbol, especially if you've only done 2 cycles that sucked,
