I think I have the diet nailed eating excess calories and all but I really want to hammer my compound lifts on this next bulker (Squats, Dead lifts, Benchs, Rows).
I am currently doing the 5x5 which is a great program but I was wondering if I there is any other program that would be better for packing on mass that is centered around these core lifts? Any help appreciated. I am currently 170lbs at 6' and would like to make a good 200 by years end.
