5 egg whites 2 whole
2 slices whole wheat bread
4 tbsps jam
16oz/500ml oj
meal 2:
200g chicken breast
200g whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup fat free tomato sauce
meal 3:
1 1/2 cans tuna
2 tbsps lite mayo
3 slices whole wheat bread
16oz/5ooml oj
meal 4:
1 cup oats
40 g protein(from powder)
125g cottage cheese
1/2 cup fruit
meal 5:
500ml skim milk
1 banana
2 tbsps honey
40g protein (from powder)
meal 6:
200g salmon
150g red potatoes
post w/o: 5g creatine w/apple juice, 15 min. later n-large-2 w/ 400 iu vitamin e,
300 iu vitamin c
before bed: 400 iu vitamin e, 10g glutamine, 40g protein shake
at least 5 litres water threwout the day
