I am 24, 5'11, 160, 12.5% Body Fat. I spend about 2-3 hours in the gym a day, and I basically eat anything in sight. i am about to start a Deca Cycle i ntwo weeks.

Can anyone please help me!

Please don't tell me your serious if this is your first cycle. Man people like u show up everyday!!! Not to be a dick but please list your goals b4 u expect a logical answer!!!! Also how did u take your body comp. or are you guessing like most people do??? I don't see why anybody would want to use Deca as their first cycle!!! I.M.O it looks like you are trying to build mass if sooooo please do searches on A.S. like Enanthate, sust., etc. just to name a few. Don't rush into this or you might end up kicking yourself in the @$$ later!!! :alien:
 
deca, dbol, test --- mass building cycle.

weeks 1-4 20mg/d dbol
weeks 1-10 200mg/w deca
weeks 1-10 test 250mg/w test enthanate or cypinate

clomid post!!
 
Yup...

Go with something like Macheveli posted unless u wanna stick to one drug and see how your body responds your choice. I'd personally do something like this:

Enanthate 500mgs/week 10 weeks
Clomid Post cycle + some Arimidex + Nolva on hand just in case!! ;) :p ;)
 
this would be nice, but if you saw what this jackass plans on doing. starting week 0n at 50mgs deca and getting to 200mgs by like week 8 or some shit. It further up the board.
 
well i like this cycle for mass buiding....

1-4 Dbol 50mg/ed
1-10 Test-Enan 500mg/wk
1-10 EQ 400mg/wk

split the Enan/EQ shots into two shots per week and keep ldex on hand and get your clomid before you start the cycle.

btw you might be spending too much time in the gym......i've spent 1 hour at most in the gym. What's your training split and diet look like?
 
CrazyC, that is way to much gear for someone who is starting out. You dont want to kill the guy first time around. Start at a low dose and gradually work your way up as you get more experienced. This guy only weights 160 pounds so i'm pretty sure this isn't his third cycle.

I would go with a test/dbol cycle. This cycle is so popular for a reason. It's economical and it's effective.
 
man go with 1 steroid and thats enthanate at 400 mg/wk--especially since your 160lbs--not to be mean but a guy at your size will need less gear that someone who is 200+...my first cycle i started at 210lbs and used enthanate and went to 230 at 400 mg per week. very good results--also cheap especially if you live in so cal..($18 for t-200) oooooooohhhhhhhhh yyyyyeeeesssss
 
If your 24, 5'11 and weigh 165 why in Gods name would you be thinking of steroids. Its obvious that you havnt been training long at all. Save youur money and wait till you weigh 200lbs naturally.
 
What do you do in the gym for 3 hours a day? Windex the equipment or something? Sounds like way to much training to me.

I'd go with 25mg dbol a day week 1-4
test 400-500mg a week week 1-10

Clomid post cycle is a must and nolva on hand.

This should put at least 20 pounds on you if not more with proper training, diet.. 3 hours is way too much dude, try 4 times a week for 1 hour each session.

Also it seems you're an ectomorph so you should eat everything in sight (not just on AS) 6-8 meals a day with 2-3 protein shakes when you wake up and after session at least.
 
me and the poster are basically the same weight and hight , im 22 , working on eating at a caloric surplus (4,500 trying to eat at the weight i wanna be or close to it) , i have cycled with super dmz and got some goodgains that i kept about 70 percent of months after pct , i only lost due to illness and having a child, i have test e at home and dbol (50mg, which im scared of taking due to its high dose and knowing that dbol has a half life of 4.5-6 hours i think it is means id have to take it twice at 100mg daily which seems excessive for my weight and experience ,never done dbol or test, i can get 25 mg tho, now i was woundering if i can get help with the dosing and if i should run test e alone to see how i react or dbol alone or the combination of both , i lift 4-6 days a week depending on time availablility (baby made things hard), i also do construction so i know im burning alot of cals daily so i need to up my intake a bit, i eat every 2 hours, try to train only 30-45 mins but once im in there im home and loose the time lol, i have clomid for pct, aromasin since its a t1 and is perfer to perminently kill off any estro conversion instead of just prevent it , nolvadex on hand as well, and prami just incase gyno(as i am gyno prone because i did get puffy niplle and have raised prolactin levels due to the dmz cycles i ran) i dont think im missing anything , im working on nutrition because this is where most of us ectos lack and its even more stressing on cycle then off,any help is appreciated ,
i know im to young and light etc, dont need that info lol but i already did ph cycles and have my stuff now.
