me and the poster are basically the same weight and hight , im 22 , working on eating at a caloric surplus (4,500 trying to eat at the weight i wanna be or close to it) , i have cycled with super dmz and got some goodgains that i kept about 70 percent of months after pct , i only lost due to illness and having a child, i have test e at home and dbol (50mg, which im scared of taking due to its high dose and knowing that dbol has a half life of 4.5-6 hours i think it is means id have to take it twice at 100mg daily which seems excessive for my weight and experience ,never done dbol or test, i can get 25 mg tho, now i was woundering if i can get help with the dosing and if i should run test e alone to see how i react or dbol alone or the combination of both , i lift 4-6 days a week depending on time availablility (baby made things hard), i also do construction so i know im burning alot of cals daily so i need to up my intake a bit, i eat every 2 hours, try to train only 30-45 mins but once im in there im home and loose the time lol, i have clomid for pct, aromasin since its a t1 and is perfer to perminently kill off any estro conversion instead of just prevent it , nolvadex on hand as well, and prami just incase gyno(as i am gyno prone because i did get puffy niplle and have raised prolactin levels due to the dmz cycles i ran) i dont think im missing anything , im working on nutrition because this is where most of us ectos lack and its even more stressing on cycle then off,any help is appreciated ,
i know im to young and light etc, dont need that info lol but i already did ph cycles and have my stuff now.
