the crabs we have are nasty where I live.. would not eat them at all.. some of the asian's will use them in soup

the good crabs have been taken to the point where there are barely any left.

Nothing. It used to be, when I was a kid, you'd look in a rock pool and there they were. Now... nada.

Crabs aren't something we regularly eat here in Canada. If we do, it's canned.
