Mariusz Pudzianowski or Mak?

I believe that Mariuz now competes in Strongman at 308 and has veins in his abs. I'm guessing that would be below 10%. I think he has been near 320 in the past year...with abs and veins as well.

And probably less drugs than the average IFBB pro bodybuilder. Some of the 'fat' powerlifters and strongmen could diet down and dominate on stage with the high degree of brick thick muscle they have. I like the look of Mariusz. So athletic at that size, it's unreal!

I didn't know anyone noticed that i was gone! You guys are making me all emotional...lmao. The training is going pretty well! I'm only about 245'ish right now though. My weight isn't as high as I would like it to be but I'm tighter at this weight than I have ever been so it's all good.

I'd luv to see some pics of Pud back from his boxing days, no way in hell he was fighting with the physique he has now. I've never seen him fight but heard alot of rumors that he couldnt take a punch!
