WTF are you talking about?? alcohol hinders protein synthesis so it makes your muscles grow much slower than if you didn't drink...
as far as getting high--- the only effects are psychological ie motivation reducing, except for maybe some prevention of as much oxygen being absorbed by your blood stream due to smoke inhalation...
I am a pothead and all of my workout buddies are as well--- one of the best things while on cycle is smoking for 2 reasons 1. you eat a LOT more-- just keep it clean.. 2. it removes the insomnia factor that i get while on test based AA.S
