2 week update

Here's my 2 week update:

Everything going well so far except for a scary incident with a flying dart. Search for "Flying Projectile of Death: Watch Out". I was a little nervous for my first shot but it was no big deal at all....I already look forward to taking shots. I was originally taking 500mg test once a week, but changed to 250 mg twice a week to keep my blood levels more consistent.

I can see a little bloat going on (my jawline appears to be smoother...could be just mental though) but nothing major. I noticed this weekend that my patience was running a little thin. That could be from anything, but my patience and good nature seemed thin....that's unlike me. I was probably just being a bitch.

I started off at 186 and weighed in today at 197 so I'm up 11 pounds. Even if it's all water, doesn't matter at this point....it's still a good feeling to explode beyond a plateau like this.

Workouts are more intense and strength is up a little, but it seems moreso that my endurance is greater. I can lift more longer. I did chest and tri's today and this has to be the best pump I've had in a long while. All in all I'm happy with what's going on so far.

I've been preaching test only cycles to all the newbies who have been asking about first cycles, but I'm thinking I'm going to be a hypocrit. I have 2 10ml bottles of winny sitting in my desk drawer and they call to me...."shoot me....you know you want to". They fucking won't shut up. So, I'm debating adding 5 weeks of winny starting 2 - 3 weeks before my last test shot. I'll probably do it. Okay fine, I'm gonna do it. There, I said it.

I hope you guys are doing well...reply and let us know how your first 2 weeks have gone.

I'm not sure what happened to all the other guys, maybe they haven't started their cycles?

I'm going to be starting day 20 tomorrow, am I'm up 3 lbs. I've decided to run 20mg Nolva EOD and that seems to be working really well. I feel like I have more endurance, and my leg strength continues to shoot through the roof, while my upper body remains at a plateau. I'm horny as hell, and get this strange feeling of complete ease with no stress. I'm very calm and can concentrate alot better, though I feel dumber - definitely not good considering it's finals week.

I'm patiently waiting for it to kick in, probably another couple of weeks. I've added another 700 calories to my daily intake, and will be upping my protein by another 35grams.
 
Ok well my cycle changed drasticly!

Just doing 75mg ED fina now. Day 19

I have gained around 5 lbs. No water weight like a test cycle. (bloated from eating every coupl hours tho)

I do have a tighter look to me. Growing some, not as much as test tho.

Strength is thru the roof!!!!!

Previously I did 280lbs bench 1 time.
Friday I did incline dumbells, then flat bench dumbell, then to decline.

Did 225lbs 10 times, then 275lbs 6 times, then 285lbs 4 times.

Now of course decline is a bit easier, but this was after doing incline and flat. I can just imagine what I could have done if I had started with it!!

well here goes the story:

Started 197, now sitting at 203, not too bad I guess, however I am on sust, EQ, dbol and after just 1 week of d's i felt gyno symptoms and believe me i know what they feel like b/c i had the surgery when i was 18, and no the doc did not take out the whole gland b/c i obviously can still get it. I am almost positive it was from the d's, so after just one week, i quit the d's, and got right on noval at 40 mg ED, it seems a lot better now, a week later, so i am excited for the sust and eq to kick in.

Immediately after i stopped the d's I felt my bloat go away...I mean i felt like Chris Farley, (God rest his soul)

I am looking a lot more vascular this week as well, but I am eating like crazy. But I am eating real clean, just 8-10 times a day. The reason so much is b/c in the beginning week i was trying to eat too much every two hours and always felt like i was going to puke...now i eat every hour and a half but not as much at each sitting and shit it made a huge difference....don't get me wrong at anytime during the day I could probably open the car door and throw up. but this my friend is the price we pay.

My strength is on the rise, I will not say it is way up, but it is getting better, I am up a good 10 % i guess.

Attitude: Holy shit Those D's made me f'ing crazy. I mean i am a real laid back guy, and take things with a grain of salt, go to the gym do my thing and don't get caught up in too much bullshit, but the week i was on d's I felt like ripping everyon'es head off, I was irritable as shit and had the worst attitude. Maybe a placebo effect, but I am good to go and happy to grow right now.

4th week update

howdy y'all (that's texan for "what's up?") Couple days early for our install, but I got tested on friday and thought i'd share.

End of the fourth week and im still doing pretty well. all circumfrence measurements were up. weight began at 186 and stepped into friday at 199...13 pounds thus far. i've been eating pretty well, not perfect, but not bad. I think at this point my weakness is my diet. I'm going to really concentrate on this from here on out. i eat well during the week (not enough protein....250 ed) but slack off on weekends. I'm going to concentrate on uping my caloric and protein intake in addition to other improvements. Bodyfat was at 15.5 and dropped to 14.6 or so, and that was an encouraging sign. I assume that calipers can't tell the difference between water gain and muscle gain, but that doesn't matter. with my numbers, i've gained 1/3 pound of bodyfat and 12 pounds of "muscle" in the past 4 weeks.

my friends are randomly saying that i look good and that's a god sign. I've taken pictures throughout and will post them at the end.

one scary thing.....I started feeling a dull, yet consistent, ache in my left nut. started to scare me of course so i got an ultrasound. results came back like i'd hoped......no problem with the nut. i did however pitch wood during the ultrasound because i started thinking about sex i had a couple nights before....that was interesting in the presence of an attractive nurse. (yes i asked her out and she rejected me....oh well). she told me to "just relax" so she could finish the test....yeah right. you keep your cool with jelly on your sac and a new chick fondling your goods.

i can't wait for the test to kick in. from what i've read, week 6 is where the real fun begins.

on another note, check out what i adopted today. I can't wait to hang out with her.....

There once was a boy who ate and ate and ate until he puked all over the gym floor... ha ha, actually last week doing legs I puked in the gym, pretty cool right, felt like a shit head, even though it was in the bathroom.

Anyway I am at a standstill right now fellas, I weighed in the morning at 205, not that great I tell ya.... In these past two weeks I have been very clean with the eating and very discipline with how much and how often, but I keep telling myself, do not eat shit, eat clean all day and rather gain LBM than fat with summer so close. So that I feel contributes to such little weight gain. I am taking in anywhere from 4000-5000 calories a day, clean, egg whites, tuna, chicken, turkey, PB, sweet potatoe, the good stuff, along with 3 protein shakes a day, so I am hoping to gain another 5 pounds clean out of this cycle, and al ot people say sust and EQ kick in nicely around week 5 or..we will see, but to my delight, my abs look better than they have in a long while, I am dropping bodyfat, prob at 11 or so now and tightening up, so I am considering this my summertime LBM cycle...Hope all is well with u guys and you are having success !!
 
Well I am up to 175ish now with id say around 10% bf

People are noticing I am bigger, even tho I have only gaind a couple lbs in the last 2 weeks. I think it is all in regards to tightening up.

Strength is still going. previous post was 285 decline BP 3 times. On a smith machine (weight of bar already subtracted)

Last week I did 315 3 times (spotted on 3rd) on a free weight decline. Not bad!!! I am dropping flat BP tho b/c either my rotator cuff is hurting or the pumps in my delt are to bad (hope its just delts)

I do everything else with dumbells. I am still trying to have my left catch up to my right. Kind of a downer when you can curl 50lbs 6 times with both arms but 10 times with right only :( Guess all that smacking made me stronger on that side hehehe.

I have started winny in with my tren and am going to run this for a total 8 weeks.

Havnt needed the bromo (not gyno inclined) but may start it since I need something to keep me from eating all the time.

I will take pics tonight. And when the 8 weeks are up I am gonna shave down (trust me youll understand when you see the pics).
 
I'm starting my 5th week now, and it really seems like I'm fighting for every pound I gain. I'm up 7lbs now with nearly zero water retention, thanks in part to an extended snowboarding season and a small mix of some diuretics.

Unfortunately I've started a job where it throws my entire sleeping and eating schedule off, and I'm trying to overcompensate for these factors the rest of the week. In addition, my tendinitis is starting to come back in my elbows, so I'm having to switch to some different exercises - not really a bad thing.

My endurance is up, and my squats are up around 70lbs. My upper body presses are now a little better than what I was before I had a shoulder injury a few months ago. I believe I can gain at least another 8 quality lbs before my cycle is over. I've stopped taking Nolva EOD and am taking it every 4th day, with my shots. I

5'5" 177 13%.
 
I just finished my last shot of 8 weeks 3 days ago, and will start my clomid in another few weeks. I stopped taking my nolva completely and am now at 183 14%. I decided to stop taking my double dose of a weight gainer shake and am down to one. I've found that my ability to do alot of hobbies, especially mountain biking, have gone way down hill. Thus my new goal is to stay at 180, and drop down to 10%. My water retention is still near zero, and I'm still doing cardio and taking a mild diuretic.

My upper body strength didn't increase by much, and my incline/flat bench are still the same, around 205x10 and 265x8 respectively. My squats have risen around 90lbs, up around 490 x 6 now.

This will be my last cycle as I can't see myself staying competitive in what I do if I gain any more weight...unfortunately. Otherwise, I'll still be trying to pack on lbs. I believe I can retain 95% of my gains, both size and strength wise, with the exception of my squats. So... post cycle:

5'5" 183 14%

Beginning of cycle:

5'5" 170 13%

8 weeks of Sust @ 437.5mg/week

I'll post one more time here in a couple of months to see what I've retained post cycle.
