When was this?

During the nationalist riots in the early 60's. If I'm correct, these events took place during the june 24th celebrations when Quebec's separatists started throwing eggs at the crowd. This mountie was probably there to represent the RCMP during the celebration cause the Stetson hat was no longer issued back then.
