i had a bit too much fun sunday night.. it messed me up bad.. (hangover big time.. i mixed alchohol. and .. something else).. and it made me feel so sick i wasnt able to do my monday routine.. arg.. guess ill have to push back for tue/thur/sat instead...

Hey...it happens. Don't stress about it and just kick butt in the gym for your next workout. At least you didnt' try to go in there and have a good workout after doing that. See...there is always a positive side to everything! :)

Yea, we all have off days in the gym. Normally if I cant lift one day I will try to do whatever I can then move on with my routine instead of bumping it.
 
Ever hear of MODERATION? Better for you all the way around. Not that I have been an angle my whole life but I can count the number of alcoholic drinks I have had in the last two years on one hand. As for the other stuff, WTF do you need it for? Either your a lifter or your a boozer, wait there's another breed in there where alcohol is considered a "must have carb", POWERLIFTERS! :)
 
its not a regular thing.. was just out with some friends
heh.. i had to work on that hangover too.. it was quite difficult.. lasted untill 8pm!

im good now.. so time to continue :p
