I would have to agree with you. They can make mistakes. There was a huge one made with me. I went in to get the typical blood work done. Well my Viral oad came back in the 200,000 range. Keep in mind three month prior to that, is was below 400....once it was redone. It came back in it's usual place ...the low 400's.
To error is human.
From what I read/herd from news, it was concluded in court that he survivied it after they were arguing if the 1st positive test was accurate. According to what was said in court/news he had HIV-antibodies in his system with the 1st and 2nd confirmatory test.
