Man, just found the best stretch for my lower back!

My lower back has always been a problem and is always tight. Nevermind the day after deads! I found a way to stretch it that happens to be the most effective for me.
Here it is - stand normal, facing forward. now, bend forward from the waist while at the same time you raise one of your legs behind you. The point is to almost end up like a human T, standing on one leg. This makes my back feel so damn good it's ridiculous. The only problem is that when I do it in the office I get weird looks. :p

Sometimes in my office I lay down on my back and bring my knees up to my chest and pull them toward my chest with my arms (kind of like the fetal position on your back). Again, stretches my back out and gets weird looks.

Ballerina ;) OR should I call you twinkle toes. Actually that's a pretty great way to stretch if you can keep your balance.

I prefer princess. Seriously, it is the best back stretch I have ever done and I've done em all. The only problem is that it is damn near impossible to do after leg day cause I sure as shit can't balance myself on 2 legs after squats, never mind 1!
