Man I don't want to work out today.

It's leg day. I always dread it.
 
My motivation has been lacking because I've been slacking a little. Working each bodypart less frequently than once per week, but still maintaining the same strength and size so if I can get away with it, why work out more?
 
leg days used to be my favourite. When you're in the hole on squats, then powering up and it feels like you just barely made it out but you did and owned that rep... ROAR!!! Like a victory of man over himself. Fun times!!!

I just pray that i get thru the workout without my knees collapsing, tearing ligaments, muscle strains, etc.

I wear tensor wraps on my knees all the time, at work & while working out.
Saves me for later, running around the institution after all the little old ladies. Mark my words. Men will be at a premium in there, and the guy with the best mobility will get the most prune 'tang.
Ya gotta look to the future my man.
