yeah, even a public defendant would be able to pummell out that dept.'s anus over that one. That officer would have lost her job on the spot when she came in with him. I mean, you can't arrest somebody because they "look" like a cocaine user.......you have to actually see them buy, sell, use. That's the law.......this case wouldn't even come close to "reasonable suspicion". Even if he DID test positive for roids.........the case would still be thrown out, fruit of the poisoinous tree.

So much for Europe being a shining example of freedom. Here in the states a cop would have to go before a judge, demonstrate "probable cause" indicating that you were using illegal substances and the judge would have to issue a warrant before they could compel a drug test in this situation. A judge would probably laugh at the cop. Except here in my state we have "magistrates" who can issue misdemeanor warrants. A Magistrate is an elected official and nothing but a high school diploma or GED is required. Most have never dreamed of going to law school but somehow they can send people to jail????
