I was laughing that you wouldn't let her pick out movies for a couple of months. She lost her movie picking privileges.... that struck me as funny.

And yeah, that ending totally sucked. One of the very few where I didn't see it coming way beforehand.

Well it was also coupled with her making me watch Lolita (very disturbing movie), and trying to make me watch Titanic. Now I was nice and didn't make her watch any hardcore action movies.

Yeah the ending blew and it was really unexpected.

"Where the red fern grows" Was there ever a sadder love story than that one? That stuff broke my heart into and it was about the love that 2 dogs had for each other. When one was killed, the other lost the will to live and died of a broken heart. Then the red fern grew between their graves. Oh man, that was touching.
