Malicious Mass + Katanadrol 2.0 Cycle Log

i havent done any PH's in about 5 years and decided id put together a cycle for the winter. Ive been lurking here for a while, researching and reading and decided that what i really wanted to do was a katanadrol2.0 and malicious mass cycle. Im running month one with these two in addition to gear, need2slin, need2guard and hcgenerate. i am also taking superpump250 preworkout and size on postworkout. protein supplementation is needto's whey. i cant say enough good stuff about both the quality and value of the latter product. i started the cycle on sunday and im already noticing a major difference in my workouts on the 5th day! ive heard people describe the "hollow weight" feeling, but wasnt sure exactly what they were talking about until i felt it myself. im lifting more weight and reps on nearly every exercise I do in the gym. i can tell the katanadrol is starting to kick in a little bit because my arms/shoulders are leaning up and my veins are starting to come through more than ever. im sure by the end of week 2 it will be even better. i feel great so far... no side effects to speak of. personal stats are: age: 26, height: 5'9", weight: 201 ( was 196 when i started)... more to come!
 
after 1 week, im up from 196 to 203.5. i am smaller in the waste and leaner overall. my arm diameter is up from 16" to 16.5". i feel really good and have experienced to adverse side affects or bad mood/unusual irritability. im certainly sweating more during my workouts. i think part of it might be the supps directly, while the other side of it is the fact that the supps are allowing me to recover more quickly between sets and im getting several more sets/workouts done in any given timeframe. im really liking the mm and katanadrol combination. more to come...
 
as of last night my bench is up 40lbs and my first set light weight warm up reps are up from 25 to 40... im lovin this stack!
 
I had to order the taurine in powder form, "bulk" the pills did nothing for me. I mixed it with my morning juice and then took another dose after my workout.
 
How do you know what your warm up reps are if they are warm ups? Those shouldnt go to failure... or were you just testing them out for fun?

And your bench is up 40lbs in 5 days? have you not benched in the last 5 years or something? lol either way youre gonna be pleased with the results bro!

i usually do 4 sets when im benching... the first light weight... something i can do around 25 reps of and then add a plate on each side and take smaller steps up from there as i go through my sets. so yes i was just testing it out to see how many i could do, where i could normally do 26-28 to failure and i stop at 22-25 when i "warm up". since my strength was up considerably i thought id see where i was at. as far a s gaining 40lbs, im referring to my last set where i shoot for very heavy weight, say 90-95% of my "max." and get 4-6 reps. im adding 40lbs at that level. i hope that clears up any confusion with how im training and where my gains are coming from.

i think im starting to see the katanadrol really kick in at the beginning of week two. id say the mm kicked in a lot sooner. i was gaining weight right away. now my overall weight gains are dropping from a pound to a pound and a half a day to say, half a pound a day... primarily because im loosing so much more fat this week as compared to last week. i know im gaining a lot of muscle at the same time. my friends in the gym are really starting to notice. im by no means a skinny guy, id call my waste build average. ive got plenty to loose, so i really expect to benefit greatly from the katanadrol. i know ive said it already, but im really liking this stack!
 
good shit bro ! katanadrol seems to be one of the best stacking product ! i'd be interested to see how kata as a standalone works for someone who wants to put on 5 lbs and get shredded as hellll.. keep up the good work
 
im starting to get significantly leaner. i noticed yesterday that im as lean as i was when i did the hcg diet last summer. id say at this point my overall weight gain is consistently hovering around 10lbs, but ive lost so much fat its really hard to tell how much of a mass gain ive attained. starting week three.... this is where i hear its really supposed to take off!
 
wow... i must say its really hard to gauge progress on a cycle like this if you had a little fat to loose. My weight went up from 196 to 206 in a few weeks and now that the kdrol2 is kicking in hard im down to 200.5 in about 4 days from when i weight 206. measurements taken indicate that im indeed as large or larger than when i was 206 in all areas. im visually starting to cut up more than i ever expected to on the whole cycle just a few days into week 3. vascularity is way up. if i was judging by the scale and not the mirror and overall performance factor, i would probably be disappointed. i think its all just my specific body type and where i was at in terms of bf% at the beginning of the cycle. the fact of the matter is i look great now and perform even better. you cant argue with real results!
 
i cant honestly go by anything other than waist size. i was in the middle of a move when i started this and any pics i have of myself prior to this were with clothes on. ive kept a good record of everything in an excel spreadsheet (thats the engineer in me lol), but im lacking on the visual records considerably. i was wearing a 38 comfortably before i started the cycle, and now can comfortably fit into my 34s... save for the legs. my jeans that were 34s used to be baggy in the thighs but not anymore lol!
 
I noticed kdrol in the 2nd week bro. My diet is the shittiest diet prob on this forum. Today for breakfast I had 2 cups milk and 1 piece ww toast. For lunch I had a dbl chz burger, 8 pc ck tenders, and a spicy ck sand from Burgerking. When I got home I had some grapes, a ho ho bar, and a big scoop of peanut butter, and 3 slices of provolone cheese. Im gonna have a whey shake before i hit the gym lol

But i still have a 6 pack and gettin stronger so i cant complain!

btw i dont know if u were askin juicinjake or me, but i thought id share. I love kdrol
 
Yep I just ended my katanadrol. I got veins in my legs, I can fit the size 32 jeans in the waist but my legs are too damn big so they look like girl jeans! I got a nice ass tho if i was a girl hahahahaha :)

i laughed when i read this because this is exactly what im going through. my once favorite jeans are a 34 waist and fit, but arent comfortable... its not in the waist or butt, but in the thighs... it looks silly when i wear them now lol. my legs are about 25" with no pump. i havent measured them after a leg workout yet. i finally figured out this is where ive really been losing all the weight... in my lower body. my leg workouts have really been up to par lately and its making a big difference!
 
as for my diet... i wouldnt say its great, but its not bad either. in the morning i get up 7 and do a ~45-50g protein shake (W2BM), at 9 when we have our morning meeting at work i eat a 1/2" thick turkey and cheese (1 slice) sandwich on one of those whole grain orowheat flat buns. i take my need2slin either with the morning shake or this sandwich. at 11 i go to subway and get whatever im feeling... usually tuna, oven roasted chicken breast or meatball, footlong on wheat. i do this 3 days during the week and then try to get something a little fattier and less healthy twice a week to sustain my urges to binge on delicious crap food. on these days i go to weinersnitzel and get several hot dogs or go get a big burger somewhere. im trying to keep my carbs up on cycle... good carbs tho. these two days a week arent really filled with good carbs and are probably hurting me but ive gotta have my cheat days... at 1:30 i have another 50g shake (W2BM) and and starving by 3 again. if i have any turkey left i make another sandwich on the orowheat bun. when i get off at 530-6 im really hungry and drink another 50g shake and take a 30-60 minute nap (work wears me out and i need to refresh). when i get up i eat dinner around 7-7:30ish and take another need2slin. i eat really lean dinners probably 5-6 nights a week. chicken breast or fish with broccoli and potatoes or a big salad with some wild rice. once a week ill go out and eat and a restaurant and get a steak or something like that. i usually do a 25g shake around 9-9:30. i take my jack3d at 10 and leave to go to the gym. im done by 11:30-12 and head home. then its a 2 scoop (35g) N2BM post workout shake. bedtime is 12:30-1:30. i dont do the bar thing and drink on cycle... but i might eat some fried chicken strips if i go out and i usually feel guilty about it because its late lol. on weekends i eat every 2 hours sometimes with little snacks of nuts and fruit in between. this cycle is crazy. ive never been so hungry in my entire life. at work, if im in my office and not roaming the shop... its likely that im eating lol. ive got veins in my legs and obliques coming through now. the focus... feed the beast!
 
this is the first day of my last week on the cycle. i have to say the last week is the sweetest. im getting a lot of compliments in the gym from my friends, and even some strangers. ive gained a full inch on my arms now (16" -> 17") and im sitting at 206lbs... and this was on a lean dinner. i start pct next wednesday... composed of phytoserms347 & formastanzol... added to this will be testforce2 (DAA, good mix with 347), h.e.a.t. and erase (probably low dose since im using forma)... i think this will work pretty good but if anyone sees a problem with it lmk. im gonna switch from the jack3d to the new superpump max and take dmaa pills and see how that works out. im sticking with needto's post workout shakes.
 
Well i finished up my cycle today. Final stats are impressive, and about what i expected. in terms of overall weight i went up from 196 to 206 and have leaned up quite a bit. i have no way to measure bf% but id assume around a 1% reduction as im seeing upper and side ab definition that wasnt there before. there is a ton of definition in my arms and back that werent there before, in addition to the size increases from the mm. ive moved up from a large shirt to an XL... im much more comfortable in that and i dont do the tight shirt thing. id recommend this stack to anyone that wanted to get bigger and more cut... assuming you already have the mm. katana mixed well with it. im eager to see if my strength holds on in the next few weeks... im starting ps347, daa, forma, heat and erase tomorrow, so we will see how it pans out. thanks elite fitness and all of the sponsors for providing me quality information and quality supplements! we've got a good thing goin here!
