quick question...to dose out my caps a little better i'm thinking of suspending the powder from the caps in water. Is that alright to do? or do i need to add BA water of some type of alcohol to the mix???

A big hassle for little benefit. If you want to dose them better, open them up, split the powder and recap em. Don't know why you'd even do that.
The majority of the powder in your caps is filler. It may be water soluble (like sugar) or not (like corn starch). The steroid powder is definitely not water soluble. If you're starting with steroid powder you can make a water suspension by addig PEG. But trying to convert caps to liquid (especially without knowing what the filler is) would be a nightmare.
If you want to lower the dosage per capsule, you can recap as dabuffguy has stated. Of course, you would need more caps to do this.

that sounds like way more of a hassle then anything recapping them all...i have 50mg caps that i would hate to take all at once

peg or everclear will suspend It but your capsule is already your delivery method so why change that?

thanks, the reason I wanted to make a liquid is to lower the dosage of some of the caps I have...particularly Nolva (40mg/cap) and dostinex (500mcg/cap)!!
