I have already read your DNP post for dummies, although its a great post, it says nothing about how much corn starch to mix with 10grams of DNP. An educated response would help.
Okay, I'll grant you that--I did not specifically give directions on corn starch. I gave directions on DNP + "other filler," in my case, an antioxidant blend. Sorry that I didn't specifically mention "corn starch," but no matter what the substance is you're using as filler, the proceedure I described is identical, isn't it? I mean, it could be sand, and still be the same.
To be specific:
10 grams of DNP divided among 40 capsules is 250mg, not 200.
If you want 200mg caps, you need to divide it among 50 caps, which is more logical anyway since I don't know of a capping tool that caps in increments adding up to 40.
So let's assume that despite the math error, you really want 200mg caps. If each cap holds 500mg each, and you've already got 200 mg claimed for the DNP, you need to add anothjer 300mg per capsule of filler. Easy enough, right? .300 x 50=15 grams. So your math was right on the money on that one.
In sum, you'll have 25 grams of product, made from 10g DNP and 15g corn starch.
Just be sure (!!!) you're really making 50 caps, not 40, lest you overdose each cap with DNP and think you're getting less than you are per day.
