Makavelli's Photo Shoot

Incredible physique you have built Makavelli. I am looking into getting into fitness modeling myself. I have modeled most of my life but have added quite a bit of muscle over the years. Looking to fine tune a few weak points, shoulders and arms and then have some pics taken for my new portfolio, which I will post for sure.

My question for you is have you ever taken HGH, I am wanting to run it for four months at three I.U's a day on a 5on/2 off schedule. My only hesitation is the fear of the possibility of acromegally. Wanted you to weigh in on the situation since we are kinda in the same boat. Just can't afford a lot of facial structure change. :) Damn that sounded vain. Congrats on your hard work and success bro.

Thanks bro. I've never done GH. I tend to lose fat easily when I diet so I don't see the need for it at this point. If I had kept modeling year round I definitely would recommend it as it makes it much easier to stay lean all the time. I think if you want to pursue it as a career or for an extended period of time it's definitely a good idea to use GH. I wouldn't worry about any facial changes at 3 IU's a day. Good luck.

Thanks bro. K to you.

ULTIMATE PHYSIQUE BUDDY !!!

Could you please post the link of your Diet and Workout Thread Page?

I'm actually trying to find it now. I'm not plat so I can't just search. If someone can help me out I'd appreciate it. I've had several requests for it, but there are a lot of pages to go through to find it.

Or maybe if you could just paste your diet and routine here. I believe you must be having a copy of it on your system.....or if you could e-mail me the text file???

I don't have it here with me. I have it at home. I'll get to it as soon as I can.

Here is the copy and paste from the original thread started by Makavelli, I hope its ok that I posted this, I just saw that people were looking for it and I had it. Hope it helps.

Here's my cycle and diet that I used for my photo shoot. I can't post it in the original thread due to board rules. It's in the gallery. Here's the link to it: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=451418

My cycle was as follows:

My cycle for this shoot was:

Weeks 1-9: duo test from UG Vet(prop and cyp blend) 750 mgs/wk

Weeks 1-9: EQ 1 G/wk

Weeks 2-7: Tren 470 mgs/wk, Weeks 8-9: Tren 700 mgs/wk

Weeks 2-5: Winstrol 470 mgs/wk, Weeks 6-9: Winstrol 700 mgs/wk

Weeks 5-7: Proviron 50 mgs/day, Weeks 8-9: 100 mgs/day

Weeks 1-7: Clen 140 mcgs/day

Weeks 1-9: T3 ramped up to 75 mcgs/day

Weeks 1-9: Arimidex 2 mgs/day

Weeks 1-9: Nolvadex 25 mgs/day

I'm going to post the diet that I started off with. Keep in mind that my diet changes as I go along. The body is dynamic and so the diet must follow.

Training days:

Meal 1-3/4 C. old fashioned oatmeal, 50 g of whey
Train and cardio
Meal 2-1/2 C. old fashioned oatmeal, 30 g of dextrose, 50 g of whey, 20 g of creatine, 600 mgs ALA. (You can replace the oatmeal and dextrose for 2 packs of sugar oatmeal, but I had a lot of dextrose that I got for free so I used that instead)
Meal 3-8 oz. chicken, 4 oz. yam, 1 T. natural peanut butter
Meal 4-Same as 3
Meal 5-8 oz. eye of round, 2 T. natural peanut butter
Second session of cardio...
Meal 6-8 oz. eye of round, 25 g of whey, 1 T. Flax oil, brocoli

Off Days:
Cardio
Meal 1-1/2 C. old fashioned oatmeal, 50 g of whey, 1 T. Flax oil
Meal 2-8 oz. chicken, 4 oz. yam, 1 T. natural peanut butter
Meal 3-Same as 2
Meal 4-Same as 2
Meal 5-8 oz. eye of round, 25 g of whey, 1 T. flax oil, brocoli
Second session of cardio
Meal 6-Same as 5

As time went along I dropped my carbs down until the only carbs I had were pre and post training. My calories were 2800. I don't have the exact figures in front of me, but I believe my protein was 325 grams, carbs about 170 grams, and fat was 63 grams for training days.

For non training the calories were the same as was protein, but the carbs were 120 grams, and fat was 79 grams.

That's the basic plan brothas! Enjoy! Keep in mind that diets have to be tailored to the individual. Just because this worked for me doesn't mean it will work for you. That's my disclaimer...

hey mak you got any photos you can upload from your recent shoots??

:wavey:Where have you been

I've been around, just not posting much lately. How are you?

gettinripped I don't have any from the Spring shoots because I can't get the pics until all of them are published, which could take a long time.

Thanks the props. No disrespect intended, but you're the first person to tell me that(actually there might have been one other person, but I'm not going to search this whole thread for it!LOL)! I think it's just the pics that I posted. If I put up standard Bodybuilding pics I don't think I would get the same response from you. It's all good though.

im sure its just the angle of the pics...since your arms were at the side in most...its hard to make them look big in that relaxed pose unless theyre 19+ id guess or you have very tiny joints/big muscle bellies...
overall u have a killer physique for modeling though..keep it up!

Good to see you back lurking around brotha! You definitely have the perfect physique that I aspire to have. I, just like you, have a problem in storing most of my stubborn fat in my legs.

I read this entire thread and I like the dextrose/oatmeal combo, that is genius! I'm going to give that a shot.

Anyhow, be sure to keep us informed of anymore shoots and acting!

Yeah I'm sure it's the angle. I do have pretty small joints though. I haven't measured my arms in about 6 years so I have no idea. I don't care about measurements, except for my waist, I just go by how everything looks. Thanks bro!
