My last computer at work wouln't let me get on it but this one does so they are losing money now!! J/J I get my work done. You still so damn lean with Summer coming? I can't wait til next week when I got the ok from Doctor to get back in gym! Time to get ripped!!!

I'm about 7% right now. I'm actually going to be losing size over the next couple months. I'm going to get into acting so I can't be the size that I am.

I just did a shoot for Men's Workout and Men's Exercise and Health. I may be on the cover, but I don't know yet. I have a spread in both of them, but I don't know when they're coming out. It could be a while.
