Ok guys,

I have a serious problem. I am burnt all the time. This was before my last cycle too. It wouldn't go away when I was on cycle. I am so tired all the time. I wake up.. go to work and work a 8 hour shift. 4 hours into my shift my eyes get heavy and I get tired. I have noticed a correlation with some things.. When I trie to lift I start YAWNING. HEAVY.. really bad.. I expedite energy and I am constantly yawning. like 3 times every few minutes.

My diet is good.. I don't do any drugs. no stimulants in my life..

I might be a lil depressed but I don't think depression causes yawning like this .. although near the end of the day I seem to get more energy. Able to llift better. Now that I? think of it.. I yawn without using alot of energy.. sometimes its like chain yawning ..

I've had blood tests for aenima.. I was fine..

ask any questions.. I'll try to give more input..

going to bed now .. night

I have the same problem and I am going to go see a pulmonary(sp) doctor about it. I was advised by my normal doc. do you snore? my doc said it has to do with getting O2 when you are sleeping. and your body does not repair well. I do notice if I sleep with a window open I sleep better. my room has poor ventaltion if not. hope I could help. I will tell you more after I see the new doc

Sleep

apneia (spelling) is where you actually stop breathing while you are sleeping and snoring reduce the amount of time you spend resting peacefully. Try one of those breath right strips, you know the silly nose thing, my father uses them and isn't snoring and said he actually feels better rested. It is worth a shot.

Somewhere along the line, you are not breathing correctly. Yawning is caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain. The reason you yawn when you are tired or sleepy is because your breathing becomes shallow without you noticing. You probably arent breathing good at night. This causes breaks in sleep that you may not even realize. Do you sleep on one side more than the other? You may have a deviated septum. I used to be tired all the time. I went to ENT doctor for a sinus infection. He did a CAT scan and found I had a deviated septum. He said " I bet you always sleep on your right side". He nailed it. I got the surgery done and feel so much better. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed. I used to be sluggish and also found myself yawning during workouts.

another sign of sleep apnea is having headaches when you wak up.

just a note... has your doc checked your kidney function lately??

I was on a protein diet for a while and was really tired.. went to my doc it it turned out my kidney function was out of whack from all the protein.

It most likely is sleep apnea, but... don't rule out other things.

I usually feel tired when on steroids too. I assume it is because of the hard training and huge stresses your body is under. I figure pumping it full of anabolic compounds is going to be stressful for the body. Rapid muscle growth, hormones no in sync, etc.

Yeah I'm guessing it's sleep apnea too, are you overwieght bro? Sleep apnea can be cured by losing weight puts less restictin on the brething passages.

hey guys thanks for all the serious responses. You've been very helpful. I know that when you yawn it means your body is gasping for oxygen so that is something i've been looking into That was what I was really looking into.. It sucks when doctors don't care about you.. There always in such a fucking rush  I think i've found a good new physician though. Sucks I can't see him till january when I get my insurance back. I will try the breath right strips thanks for the suggestion. I don't think its overtraining. I am very smart about the way I work out. '

I will look into the sleep apnea thing, but after reading about it on the web a lil bit i don't think thats it.

THANKS

also, are you thirsty alot? if so, you might have fluctuating(sp?) blood sugar levels. you might want to check on diabetes.

)

Three Things:

1. Iron Levels
2. Depressing? Anything bothering you?
3. Go to the Tanning Bed..its winter (I assume where you live) and sun does alot for mood.

yes i am depressed .. my best friend died 2 years ago among other shit..

not looking for sympathy just a better diagnosis :D

i had a iron defiency test done.. although my doctor was rude about giving me the results.. it was ok

and as for the blood sugar thing i am not thirsty but i do find that if say i have a shake with cranberry juice in it (50g sugar) I get knocked out a hour later ... like hella tired

Go to the doc and get looked at. One of the signs of depression is a constant tired feeling. Also you may well have sleep apnia and not even know it. Most people never actually completely wake up when they stop breathing for a bit. I have an appointment for a sleep test because I have the exact same thing, tired all of the time. Also it seems to be somewhat hereditary, my dad got the surgery and he's a changed man.

Bro, I get the tiredness a lot when I'm trying to put on weight.
So when I eat the large meals and frequently, I am always tired.
Digestion takes a lot out of you. I usually feel a lot better during cutting time. Also, the sugar crash thing is very real. Doesnt mean your diabetic, just that your insulin spikes and then crashes real hard and the result is serious tiredness. I get this often so I avoid sugar as much as possible-all the goods hanging around from Halloween were wiping me out. I will actually use this to help me sleep sometimes. Ill have a bowl of cereal heavy with sugar, 45 minutes later Im ready to drop. Diet is the key. Sleep apnea, though, will also make you tired, but for me it was like a walking dead tired, way different. Once I had that under control, I was able to recognize the difference.
