I wish I could help but I don't feel I that I could provide you with adequate advice on the matter.
BUT...I have just begun working for Rick Collins, (The Steroid Lawyer www. steroidlaw.com) and he spoke to me about a book he is writing due out in October. There will be a chapter devoted to each state along with an explanation of the laws of that state with regard to the sale, possesssion, etc. of AAS. Additionally it will explain how each of those states is likely to handle such a case.
Most importantly there will be a chapter which describes what will happen in the event there is a controlled delivery, and in essence will tell you "what to do" and "what to say"! It's going to be amazing. He said he wants it to be detailed enough that it serve as a handbook for attorneys faced with an AAS related case, who want to learn the applicable laws of the state. He got me VERY excited to say the least.
This is one of those books that should probably go down as the companion to Anabolics 2000/2002 as THE informational source for anyone considering using AAS. Why should someone looking to add a little muscle be treated the same as a heroin addict?
