Mag-10 taste

For all of you Mag-10 users, how the hell did you get that shit down? It tastes so bad I might just send it back now, but I've heard a lot of good stuff about it. Is there any way to hide the taste? Glycerin is hard to hide though.

Also, someone had posted somewhere to let it sit under your tongue for 2 mins then swallow it. What the FUCK were they thinking? It burned the hell out of my mouth and left it numb for the rest of the day. I almost threw up when I had to swallow it too.

So, any advice? Should I take it w/ food, or on an empty stomach?

you should return it and get 1-AD instead. you will get at least as much gains, its cheaper, and you just have to swallow caps

I'm trying to figure out where you heard that it was good stuff? Outside of biotest own message board, I haven't seen it. There are more cost efficient methods than Mag-10.

Sorry, but I've seen plenty of good feedback regarding Mag-10 on this very board. I was selling them on eBay and stopped. That was about a month ago and I've had nothing but good feedback and a few of the customers wanted to reorder. Typical gains have been about 10-12 pounds for the 2 bottles. If you ask me, $125 (what I was selling them for) is a good price for 10 pounds of muscle... for a legal supp, of course

I agree with this, but if you look at the feedback, there are several users that say nearly all the weight gained was solid and they have followed up saying they kept nearly all the gains. Once again, many of those posts are on this very board.

Personally, I'd rather take 1-AD and Andro Spray or One+, but that doesn't mean Mag-10 won't give you good gains that can EASILY be retained.

I was the one who posted it about keeping it under your tongue. If it is under your tongue, then you wont taste it. So dont dip your tongue down into it. Yeah, it made me wanna puke after the first couple times, but you do get used to it. Atleast it tastes better than Clenbutrx....

I plan on doing 1-AD and Boldione next so i can compare.

I guess everyone's different. Glycerine has a distinct taste that you can taste no matter what you put it in. And it burns my mouth and throat real bad. I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Also, should I take an anti-e after the 2 weeks of Mag-10? Is that necessary? If so, what OTC anti-e? I'm stayin away from illegals.

Did you get the Mag-10 directly from Biotest? If you did not, you may have gotten one of the original formula which tasted like ass (no, I've never tasted ass). The have gone through three changes in development. The first was ass flavored, the second was bubble gum-like which I liked, and the latest one I'm told has a minty taste to it. I don't have much problem with the burning. I can feel it, but it isn't unbarable. It actually seems to subside after you take it a while.

If you can't stand the taste or burning, definately look into One +. It is a very good product. I would comment on 1-AD but I've never tried it.

I got a bottle from the first lot, not for personal use, but for analytical testing purposes. I tasted it and it was weird but not completely awful. Perhaps subsequent lots were different

By the way Patrick... would you care to mention how much 1-test is in a serving or total in the bottle since they only list the total 1-test and 4-AD together. I suppose Biotest could sue you or something if you released that info though. They seem to be pretty hush hush about the actual amounts of 1-test.

If I test a competitors material I keep the findings to myself, positive or negative. I do not like getting sued.

That is kind of what I thought. What is your main reason for testing competitors products? Is it just to see what you are competing with? I'm just curious.

If you don't care to mention anything else that is cool... I understand how easy it is to get sued in this day and age. Some of it is pure B.S. if you ask me. Like the whole Muscle Tech saga. Oops... I shouldn't even mention that name... I might get sued.

Saxman is correct about the 3 different batches of Mag-10.

I personally tried the original and the bubble-gum flavor formula.
The original was plain nasty, but I just lived with it.
The bubble gum flavor was actually quite tasty and did not give me the same burning effect as the original did.

Never tried the new mint batch.

I have tasted the new 4-AD-EC from Biotest and it tastes like peppermint. I'm assuming this taste is similar to the new Mag-10 batch (could be wrong). The peppermint flavor is pretty good.

BTW -- all the new Mag-10 bottles no longer tell you to hold it under your tongue. You can just swallow it. I remember Bill Roberts saying on the T-mag forum that there really isn't any benefit to hold it under the tongue anyway.

Just had my first taste this morning. I think this stuff is 80 proof!! The taste is horrible, but not unbearable. I didn't gag like I sometimes do from drinking flax oil from the bottle. There is a burning that stays at the top of your throat for about 2 minutes (worse than ALA burn). A very minor complaint, though.

Okay, I had the 2nd shot today and it wasn't as bad as the first. Maybe it was because I knew what to expect and chased it with a protein drink and then ate immediately. The taste is bad, but it's not a big concern.
