Hey Guys,
What do you think of macronutriënt splitting theory to promote better absorbtion. For the digestion of Fat and Proteins the body uses acids for Carbs the body uses alkalines. Acids and alkalines doesn't mix well together because they neutralize each other and optimal absorbtion is out of the question. Simple carbs are ok to use because the are digested in a high speed.
This is a example day
meal 1: 60 gr of proteinpowder/flax/fruit
meal 2: 400 gr rice/fruit
meal 3: 170 gr chicken/flax/peanutbutter/fruit/vegetables
meal 4: same as meal 3
meal 5: 150 gr beef/flax/fruit/vegetables
meal 6: same as meal 1/or same as meal 2
meal 7: same as meal one just before going to bed
Let me know what you think of this theory,
Sam
