It seems the consensus with the majority of people that have done a few cycles of this is 2 weeks PCT, and sometimes a third if you feel it is necessary. People seem to keep a lot of the gains they get though, which is pretty promising.
The painful pumps are from the m1t. Most people get it in their lower backs and/or fore arms. From what I've read, some people can go a full 4 weeks of the stuff and be fine. Some people can only do 2 wks at a time, then the sides get to be a little too much. All in all....sounds like good stuff.
