M1T Experiment

I did 2 weeks of M1T @ 20 mg per day. My results were impressive... about 5lbs and strength gains all the way around.

On Feb 1 i started @ 40mg per day. i'm going to see how it works.... so far i just noticed increase vascularity, all around pump, slightly higher blood pressure or elevated heart rate and today i had a bad a headace.
 
I started my cycle today of M1T and 4-ad..... i can't wait to see my results in 4 weeks. i also got sum milk thistle . im doin 10 mg/ day this week, then im gonna go up next week.

did you experience any of the lethargy? and as far as pumps, do you feel you can control them by water intake/liver protectants/diuretics(including herbs)/electrolytes?
also, is it a solo M1T cycle or anything stcaked?

lethargy was an issue....but i got through it.

iI was taking r-ala for my liver.

at the start of the 1st 2 weeks i took 250mg of test enanthate.

this time around i'm going went with 500mg of TE. only 1 shot and let for the 2 weeks.....
 
Im interested, how much did your bench and squats increase by? Allot of people are vague about the specific gains they make strength wise, but thats the most important part for me.

well.... i am doing the DC training program right now.

my chest exercise which went up the most was the seated incline hammer press. i was able to do 3 plates on each side for 12 reps with 5 second negatives. that was up from 8 reps the previous time i performed them

i also did 15 weighted pull ups straight through with 2 seconds negatives... that was up from 11
 
be careful with the 40mg/day, i remember a test someone on another board did when m-1-t was first being introduced....he didnt notice any better gains from 40mg/day than 10mg/day, but did notice harsher sides....keep it in mind.

We must've read same reports. The word out is that beyond 30mg's the only thing people noticed was more side effects, but then again I can't really assess the degree to which it would be true - their diets, supplements, training, rest and multitude of other factors could offset these results :o

Feb 4:

still doing 40mg per day

my skin is getting oily and i noticed my body temp seemed elevated.... this might be due to slightly higher blood pressure. tomorrow i lift so i'll give some reports on strength gains.
 
im doin 20 mg/ day, on it for 3 days, and i have already gained a few pounds. Ill also give my reports about my cycle threw out the 4 weeks that im on it
 
pump was great today! I felt hot and sweaty throughout most of the day. best strength gain was with Barbell curls for bi's.....135 for 7 reps... before this i never got past 5. then i did a 30 seconds rest pause got 2 more. another 30 seconds rest pause got 1 and held it.

noticed i'm a lot more vascular.
 
this is good stuff, be sure to continue reporting, but hey... what is your caloric intake like? +/-/=/maitanance?

I am starting to feel bloated. my face looks a little bloated as well. my shirts are really tight in the upper back and shoulder region.... In terms of weight gain its hard to say because my weight goes up or down 10lbs in a 24 hour period... but if i had to make a guess i'd say my average weights are up 2 lbs since 2/1/04

I'm going to lift in about an hour...i feel strong as shit so i'm looking forward to this workout

For oily skin you could try:
Super B-Complex 3-4 doses
Calcium Pantothenate - 3-8g's
Guggulsterones
Fish oils - the more the better
For bloat you could use some herbal diuretics:
Taraxatone/Dandellion root/Dandellion - very effective and loaded with potassium so you don't have to worry about depletion.
Are you taking any 'protective' supplements? If so, what are they and can you assess their effectiveness?
 
2/7/04 (continued)

just worked out.....

it was a good workout....while i didn't improve more than 1 rep on any of my previous lifts i was very full and pumped. i blame the lack of strength on my diet. i didn't have any carbs before or during my workout.

as for the bloat i don't know where its coming from? its not water retention cause my abs looked good. its feels like my muscle cells are "volumized"

its not so much of a bloat like you'd get from test cause my face doesn't look "fat" and "puffy" but rather my neck looks thick and full.

I had the strangest smell in my shit today.....it was a chemical like smell....not so much a bad "shit" smell......it was weird! anyway...... i was so tired today. i did nothing. woke up felt bloated. sat around and studied all day.... still doing 30mg ED. tomorrow i'll do some cardio in the morning

How intense do you plan your cardio to be?
In any case it would be interesting to see the effect of this heavy androgen on your endurance. Usually people report that strong androgenic compounds kill endurance, especially at high intensity. I'm not sure why this occurs, but quite a counter-intuitive effect is pronounced throughout androgenic administration.

i think i'll do a 5 mile run. i don't know.... i was a die hard lifter turned runner now starting to lift again..... i should post some pics of me before i started my 1st 2 week M1T cycle.....right after i decided running was a "muscle trashing hobby"
 
2/10/04

Cardio....LOL i felt like a tons of bricks trying to run.... i made it i ran on the treadmill....7.5mph for 40 mins = 5 miles.

i'm really noticing more of a pump now. i was doing weighted pull-ups today and i could not believe how pumped my lats were...

i got severe muscle cramps after i was done lifting.... this is the 1st time i have experienced cramps and i doubt its related to M1T.

also sleep has been a problem....i've been breathing really heavy.

i feel strong when i'm lifting but i didn't make any significant gains that i would rave about in the past couple workouts.

does anyone have any questions?
 
shit its really bothering you that bad? Not thought about lowering more?

At the end of the day if you cant get rest then its not worth you being on it I suppose.
 
What exactly is bothering you? Muscle pains? You could try cyclobeazapines (skelaxin and the likes) with some ibuprofen - usually knocks me the fuck out.I've been a runner (sprinter/soccer/cross country) for more than half of my life so I get muscle aches pretty bad sometimes and those meds allay the symptoms quite effectively.
Alternatively you could try some sleep aids: melatonin, 5-HTP, Kava Kava, Gaba, Taurine or go Rx (although I would advise against it) :o
 
One thing straight: M1T is not a prohormone, it is a steroid in itself. It is highly androgenic, therefore more than likely you will have a reaction to it (oily skin=>infection+fatty deposits=acne)
 
well what about other prohormones? Also what meds control acne that steroids cause other then accutane? Will antiobiotics keep it from occuring or B5?

I'd like to know this too. Although I think it's different for whoever takes it, if you're prone to it, you may get it...which is why I'm having 2nd thoughts. Ask sweed what his sides are, I know he's using it at the moment.
 
ok: I'm done 2/12 As you know i attemped to do 40mg of M1T per day for 2 weeks but I on a few days I took 30mg vs 40mg.

Results...
1. gained 10 lbs (how much will i keep?....we'll find out)
2. my strength gains were better on my previous M1T cycle @ 20mg ED back in January. I think the lack of sleep led to overtraining
3. I look thicker
4. I'm not leaner, at first i thought it was making me more vascular but that wasn't the case.

Anyway its had to imagine you can actually grow significant muscle in 2 weeks time.


The Sides: (noticable ones)
1. bloody nose this morning
2. have not been sleeping well
3. anxiety / heavy breathing
4. started to feel sick (stomach is not feeling normal after meals)
5. water retention bloat
6. hot flashes
 
nice... 10 lbs in 2 weeks is solid.. im on my 2nd week of 30 mg/day and i've gone up about 5 lbs so far.. i got about 2.5 more weeks to go. I do notice the bloat.
what u doing for PCT? and let us know how much u keep..

It seems the consensus with the majority of people that have done a few cycles of this is 2 weeks PCT, and sometimes a third if you feel it is necessary. People seem to keep a lot of the gains they get though, which is pretty promising.

The painful pumps are from the m1t. Most people get it in their lower backs and/or fore arms. From what I've read, some people can go a full 4 weeks of the stuff and be fine. Some people can only do 2 wks at a time, then the sides get to be a little too much. All in all....sounds like good stuff.

So do you lose all Lean muscle gains that you get from M1T? If so what the hells the point in taking it?
 
you will not loose all lean muscle gains. prob loose some from the water weight, but that is a good thing.. Im gonna be done in about a week and ill let u know how i did.. ill post it up here next sunday with my pre cycle and post cycle results.
beleive me, M1T is great shit... i am gainging a lot and my strength is up and the pumps right now are unbeleiveable. PM me if u wanna know more
