i think i'll do a 5 mile run. i don't know.... i was a die hard lifter turned runner now starting to lift again..... i should post some pics of me before i started my 1st 2 week M1T cycle.....right after i decided running was a "muscle trashing hobby"

Cardio....LOL i felt like a tons of bricks trying to run.... i made it i ran on the treadmill....7.5mph for 40 mins = 5 miles.

i'm really noticing more of a pump now. i was doing weighted pull-ups today and i could not believe how pumped my lats were...

i got severe muscle cramps after i was done lifting.... this is the 1st time i have experienced cramps and i doubt its related to M1T.

also sleep has been a problem....i've been breathing really heavy.

i feel strong when i'm lifting but i didn't make any significant gains that i would rave about in the past couple workouts.

does anyone have any questions?
 
shit its really bothering you that bad? Not thought about lowering more?

At the end of the day if you cant get rest then its not worth you being on it I suppose.
 
What exactly is bothering you? Muscle pains? You could try cyclobeazapines (skelaxin and the likes) with some ibuprofen - usually knocks me the fuck out.I've been a runner (sprinter/soccer/cross country) for more than half of my life so I get muscle aches pretty bad sometimes and those meds allay the symptoms quite effectively.
Alternatively you could try some sleep aids: melatonin, 5-HTP, Kava Kava, Gaba, Taurine or go Rx (although I would advise against it) :o
