m1t before and after pics

got on the scale last night, 175, the scale has a bf thing and it still says my bf is the same.. but i've been doing cardio and such for the past 2 weeks and have noticed weight loss.. stupid scales with body fat
 
you should try and solidify those gains for a while. Then when you hit up another M1T cycle, you could concentrate on cardio/diet/reduction in body fat.
 
Not sure what M1T is. but why not maximize your natural potential before hitting a cycle. Theres some good supplements out there too. Not the same as anabolics, but I think its worth the wait to maximize natural potential first, then maybe go on something. Gives you a good foundation to build off of. I say this because most of the trainees I see seem impatient and looking for that instant fix. It takes years though and alot of patience. You could definately put on alot more size naturally. JMO. Keep it up!
 
all my strength gains are still here after the m1t cycle. i'm not as.. hard as when i was on the m1t. to bad i can't wrestle for 4 hours a day like back in high school and have my 7% bf again :( i'm gonna lift natty for a while but the m1t defently did spike up the gains and i've kept them so far so all is good.
 
Anyone doing Underground Labs M1T? It seems to be the cheapest..just seeing if it was yielding good results.

Thats the one I took for 2 weeks. Definately worked. Made some nice progress before I went off. The side effects were there for sure. I may not do it again after all Ive been hearing about the toxicity and liver/kidney damage.
