M1T Advice for a light weight

I am 18, 5"10 stopped growing about the age of 16 wieght 130lbs
i despratly want to gain wight, have been at the gym for about 3 mounths
nothing happened excpet my bf went down from 9% to 7%
i keep my protein levels at about 150g per day
i want to take M1T any advice?

You should wait a few more years before even considering anabolics.

1) You natural testosterone levels are still high, and you don't want to fuck with that...

2) 3 months is not nearly enough experience to prepare you for AAS, including M1T...you should spend more time developing a decent muscle base through good diet and training first. That way, if you do decide to dive into anabolics later...you'll get good results.

3) Stay away from M1t. In my opinion that shit isn't worth it. Too many crazy sides for what you get. Lethargy...no sex drive...sound good to you?


You should check out the diet and training sections of these boards and learn about the basics of building muscle. There is a lot of valuable info here...check it out. Also...if you do decide to try M1T or another anabolic...make sure you know a LOT about PCT first.

do you think creatine will help me gain any weight?

creatine will help. i've used it for years. just dont waste your money on crap like cell tech though. i just buy plain old pure cratine power and mix it with some fruit juice. thats works as well as anything, and its much much cheaper.

If you wanna gain some more muscle...that number has to nearly double. I'd shoot for at least 250g/day
 
250g, i can do that, only problem is that whey protein really makes me sick, and i breakout like crazy, any other protien supplements you guys can suggest? right now i am making shakes with Vega protien (25g) and lots of fruit mixed, tastes real good!
 
There shouldn't be any reason that whey protein would make you break out. You can thank your naturally high test production for that. If you are having trouble digesting whey, try the brand Isopure. It is supposed to be easier to digest. I agree with the others, stick to all natty supplements in the time being. You mentioned BSN; they have a lot of great products you could check out (i.e. no-xplode/nitrix, cellmass). Train like a horse and eat like a horse and you WILL gain weight.

I agree - Creatine combined with PROPER DIET will put a good amount of poundage on you. If you are 5-10 130, with all due respect, you don't know anything about diet. You may think you do, but you do not.

Training, diet, rest. Somehow I am thinking you have a lot of room to work to get bigger in the 1st two. (I assume you know to get at least 8 hours of sleep)

Eat clean and often. Eating is now your job. Protein is your friend. Poison in a bottle (M1T) is not. I wouldn't touch that shit for free.

Give the natural hard work a try for 12 months, you will be surprised.

Okay, who here has actually tried M1T to knock it? I bet none of you. I have given it to 3 different people who have each gained 15lbs in one bottle, with enormous strength gains.

M1T is good stuff. I dont know if I would use it at 18, but it is good stuff.

I've taken it before...even ran it with a low dose of test once. I won't argue that it works, but I always felt like shit. I just don't think its worth the sides. Still got a shitload of it too...I'll go there - if I'm ever too broke to run a cycle of the good stuff. :lmao:
 
my diet is very good, i havent eaten fast food in over 8 years, i dont eat dairy products or any food with refined sugar in it, i eat lots of fruit. but yeah overall i think i will increase my protein and m1t sounds pretty stupid now

one thing u have to remember bro is that even though you didnt gain any weight on the scale, you still put on muscle. if u weigh the same as 3 months ago and went down 2% in bf u obviously lost some fat which would cause you to lose weight. so u stayed at the same weight but u lost fat AND put on muscle, not too shabby. i was in ur shoes about 3-4 years ago 5'10 130 pounds while i was attempting to gain muscle. when i finally really put a lot of focus on my diet is when i started growing. now i'm up 50 pounds to 180 still at a very low bodyfat. now thats not huge by any means but its sure a huge improvement when i se old pics of me compared to now. get another solid two years of training under ur belt at least before u start thinking about roiding up, i'm sure u could prolly hit 160-170 naturally in that time no prob, then when/if you decide to roid you'll have a much better foundation and knowledge of how your body works. plus with two years of reading up on this forum u'll have a good knowledege of steroids and how they work, this board is the best i've found yet.
 
I must chime in and add that creatine in some(most that i know) ppl works wonders and others simply just may not be following recomended dosages or may not care too. Cell tech whether it's garbage or not will blow u up if done correctly (bloat or not) because of the amount of sugars and water you need to consume to keep hydrated. Other creatine products can and may work if used correctly but diet must be in check. So in short a "shit" product like cell tech may be what a newbie is looking for without messing with "prohormonal products". On the other hand i honestly haven't tried M1T but have heard good things about it. but @ 18 i would use any creatine product that has a loading phase (it may be corny but after a week or so you'll feel stronger and more alert or at least i always do) and tons of protein. wait until your at least 24-25 to take anabolicks

your body and mind is still developing

you dont need to fuck it all up

I don't know how you got so much karma with such unintelligent posts. DO you not realize how bad M1T is for your liver? You could probably run dbol for a year straight and be safer.

what determines the ''intensity'' of hepatotoxicity? can you tell me that?

Better yet, draw out what "M1T'' looks like. Then, tell me what about M1T makes it more hepatotoxic than dianabol. Then, explain what prolonged administration of either of the above two compounds would result in.

Tell me how running Dianabol for a year is safer. What exactly makes your liver enzyme values higher than normal?

Apparently your sarcasm detector was turned off long ago. There is a reason why so many shy away from M1T. The sides outweigh the benefits. If you want me to find 300 articles on that for you I will.
 
Dude no one here is not saying doesnt work I have taken M1T and have gained before 15 to 17lbs but the sides are horrible even taking 4AD let tell you some of these sides ready?
1)Lethargy(omg I wanted to sleep all day)
2) Horrible acid reflux
3) Loss libido after week 4
5) I was pissing brownish read even after drink almost 2 gallos of water a day
6) I didnt experiment this but my friend he pissed blood.

Now that stuff works, good lean gains and nasty strength but these sides are a bitch

Now for you dude I agree with lots of bros here. Eat right, protein shakes, if you want to try creatine try the new stuff. Pure CCE from www.Anabolicfitness.com stuff works awesome also get hold of some Glutamine, trained for another 2 years to get a good based and later when your older juice away
