M.T. Legend Coban

My coach just recently went up to train with Coban at his complex in upstate NY. He has been fighting pro (Muay thai and MMA) for about 13 years and said 2 days with Coban was the most eye opening experience of his life. Just him describing the training made me tired. Hours of padwork, hours of bag work. He said besides being a very nice, gracious and kind man, Coban is a muay thai genius. I am also happy and proud to say he will be coming to my school to teach us soon and I can't wait. For those of you that don't know, Coban is a 7 (i believe) time M.T. world champion, and has fought in over 200 fights. Anyone ever train with him or have any experiences with him, I'd be interested to know.

Yeah , Coban's a good egg . My wifes MT Kru is in pretty Tight with him , and goes to Train with him as often as he can .
