Wodin - ketosis is ketosis - bump your carbs up a little.....you really shouldn't feel that run down all day even on a low carbber.

Meal 3:
2 cups of Light Turkey Meat (usually breast – use measuring cups)
-cal 530/ 20g fat/0carbs/78g protein
1 cup broccoli
-cal 80/ 5g fat/6g carbs/5 g protein

Meal total: 610 cal/ 26g fat/6g carbs/ 83g protein
