You already know my diet isnt the best. You would probably go through my kitchen and throw all kinds of shit away. My freezer would be okay other than the breaded chicken breasts, mostly loaded with frozen meat.

I am sure i could have found something to eat at your place, but that's besides the point. I still plan on training with you to learn something new. I hope to be there in 2 weeks! Maybe do a friday (arms) workout or monday (chest) workout.
Trust me, the diet is a hell of a lot better than it use to be, i just like to eat.

Mondays are usually my off day, for this reason....I also see you like arms on Fridays, that so you get the pump before you hit the bars? Only bustn your balls chief.....no harm.....lol

Originally i benched on mondays, however, about 3 years ago i switched chest to wednesdays, did legs on monday and back (rarely) on tuesdays. For the past year i have been back on chest every monday.
You have to remember since i am in grad school, many many newbies, but most know who i am and get the FUCK out of my way when i walk into the gym. I never show boat or nothing, just get my ass in gear and hit the heavy shit, so i have earned most people's respect through my hard work and they let me get my shit done, THANK GOD.
The only way i can stomach a full chicken breast is if i BBQ them and then kill them with my FAMOUS bbq sauce, which is quite rich. Im a red meat guy. It's only been in the past couple of years that i started eating real chicken.
