Lunch Thread

Anyway....

I had about 7oz grilled chicken tenders and 1 tbsp mayo.
I don't know why....but I love this meal.

Mondays are usually my off day, for this reason....I also see you like arms on Fridays, that so you get the pump before you hit the bars? Only bustn your balls chief.....no harm.....lol

If i were a smaller man, then i would purposely hit arms on fridays so that when i bounce i would look bigger, but i am more than big enough and dont need to. I just love arms on fridays to finish the week off.

Originally i benched on mondays, however, about 3 years ago i switched chest to wednesdays, did legs on monday and back (rarely) on tuesdays. For the past year i have been back on chest every monday.

You have to remember since i am in grad school, many many newbies, but most know who i am and get the FUCK out of my way when i walk into the gym. I never show boat or nothing, just get my ass in gear and hit the heavy shit, so i have earned most people's respect through my hard work and they let me get my shit done, THANK GOD.

The only way i can stomach a full chicken breast is if i BBQ them and then kill them with my FAMOUS bbq sauce, which is quite rich. Im a red meat guy. It's only been in the past couple of years that i started eating real chicken.

Red meat guy myself bro.....love a fat steak, or a good, grilled up burg w/ grilled oions and mushrooms...........mmmm........

However, I will turn your ass onto sushi.........now that's a awesome food too!
 
Just got over a stomach infection yesterday that left me with no appetite at all. But today I gained my appetite and strength back and kept it safe. I ate some home made chicken soup with veggies and rice, sooooo good!
 
Since I eat 6 meals a day, I guess any of these 3 could be considered "lunch:"

M2 12:00
glucosamine + chondroiten
3/4 cup blue- and strawberries
1/2 oz almonds
1 scoop pp + vanilla extract (1 squirt)
26g P, 14g C, 4g fiber, 7g fat (1g sat, 3g poly, 3g mono)

M3 1:55 pm (I was hungry!)
3.5 oz chix breast
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup veggies (mushrooms, peppers & onions)
ACV & 2 tsp olive oil
33g P, 22g C, 3g fiber, 13g fat (2g sat, 2g poly, 8g mono)

M4 4:15 pm
3 oz pork
~ 1/2 cup asparagus stir fry, 1 tsp olive oil
3 oz apple with skin
26g P, 16g C, 3g fiber, 13g fat (4g sat, 1g poly, 7g mono)
 
salmon+avocado+lemon&spice+some other spices+cayenne+maybe dutch/brie=you don't ever need to cheat if you like this :o
 
I'm dreaming of the nitrotech carb sense smore bar I just tossed in the freezer for my pre-train snack............and a hot coffee.............mmmmmmmmmmm..........pretty horrid when that is your treat, I know.........
