If i were a smaller man, then i would purposely hit arms on fridays so that when i bounce i would look bigger, but i am more than big enough and dont need to. I just love arms on fridays to finish the week off.
Originally i benched on mondays, however, about 3 years ago i switched chest to wednesdays, did legs on monday and back (rarely) on tuesdays. For the past year i have been back on chest every monday.
You have to remember since i am in grad school, many many newbies, but most know who i am and get the FUCK out of my way when i walk into the gym. I never show boat or nothing, just get my ass in gear and hit the heavy shit, so i have earned most people's respect through my hard work and they let me get my shit done, THANK GOD.
The only way i can stomach a full chicken breast is if i BBQ them and then kill them with my FAMOUS bbq sauce, which is quite rich. Im a red meat guy. It's only been in the past couple of years that i started eating real chicken.
