He probably made his home made but Zatarines(sp?) has a dirty rice mix that is the shit. You mix hamburger meat with rice and it has all kinds of spices in it. The sutff is awesome. I'm sure rnch can explain it better

but seriously........i keep forgetting the rest of the world doesn't have food like we do here.........dirty rice is made up of rice (duh!), ground up chicken liver, shallots, bell pepper, various spices.........help me out here, corn!! hard to explain exactly, no set recipie for it, kinda like a made from scratch dish. zataran's mix isn't shit compared to a good creole cook can do banging her/his pots together down here, but would at least give you a vague idea.

it's one of the many reasons that ryanH was correct in his observation that nawlins has too many overweight peeps for his tastes.

9:30 a.m. turkey fried rice

11:00 a.m. - chicken breast & baked potato (plain)

1:15 p.m. - post workout smoothie

2:00 p.m. - peanut butter and honey on wheat with cherry vanilla lowfat/lowcal yogurt.

3:30-4 - chicken breast with baby carrots
