lump on my ass

took a 2cc shot in my ass yesterday. ihave a big bump today. is this normal. i heard that it can happen if you dont reach the muscle but im fairly positive i did because i probably have a bf% of 4.

is the lump red and hot to touch or is it just a lump? I got a lump last cycle from trying to do a glute shot and not making it all the way to the muscle cuz of a 1 inch pin. It ended up being ok after 3-4 days. If it is red and hot to touch, I would suggest going to the doctor cuz it is infected, if not, give it a couple of days and see what happens.

Depends on what you took to be honest. But it's pretty normal for my oil based injections to leave even the smallest lump. If I use sustanon I get a red, hot swollen lump which takes about 1 week to go (so I don't use sust anymore!).
Don't sweat it, most take a few days to go. But don't inject into it untill it's gone.

did u take your time while giving the shot? was it your first shot?applying a heating pad and massaging it helps.

If you inject too quickly you will get a lump. As long as the lump isn't red or warm to the touch you are fine.

yeh.. its only there when i flex my glutes too. not red dosnt hurt an i did inject pretty fast.

another thing i was thinking... can the injected steroid come back out by massaging the injection site. i do that to reduce pain but is it possible to squeeze the juice back out?

after you pull the needle out, press a cotton ball on the area, then put a bandaid on it. i usually wait a few seconds then massage it gently. if it knots up the next day then apply the heating pad a massage it harder. if your injecting into the muscle you won't have to worry about gear coming out afterwords.
