Lowest Dosage Test Cycle

Hi, been reading the forums for weeks now, this place has some really good information. I am not yet going to do a cycle but hypothetically speaking if I was, what would be the lowest dosage to Test needed to see/ feel a difference? My goal would be to harden up a bit and increase in strenght. Don't really want to put on 20-30 lbs, just tighten up and maybe 5-7lbs of lean muscle.

I know diet and cardio play a huge role in loosing fat but would a low dosage test cycle achieve anything or would I be wasting my money?

Also, is everybody's first cycle a bulker? Anyone started of on a cutting cycle? Would like to hear what you used, dosages and results.

Yeah, my 1st cycle was a cutting cycle..... If you wanna do a low dose Test cycle, should prob go with 500mg per week...... Might not sound like a low dose cycle, but if youre looking to lean up, and make some small gains, youre gonna need that much..... You can control the fat loss with diet and cardio..... I'd use Arimidex to keep the bloat down, and you got a decent cutting cycle on your hands, where you will lean up, and gain a few pounds of LBM too.....

I know a lot of people wont agree with this, and I personally dont care of this cycle. A friend of mine wanted to achieve the same goals that you are looking for. He did 250mgs of Test a week and 60mgs of anavar this was a 8 weeks cycle.
After pct he maintained 8 pounds

In addition, my buddy focus was mainly on his diet. I think you could achieve this without using AS. With proper diet and time you could get your 5 to 7 pounds No problem
 
If you've never touched any gear, I would say 250-350/wk. of test e for 10 wks. would be a great cycle. How much and what type of food you take in will play just as an important role as the gear whether you're cutting or bulking.

test cyponiate a good cycle/high protein intake good diet. That is bullshit you can gain weight with this cycle because i have gained 5lbs in 2 todays plus i add creatine nitric oxide also (no bloating) im running 400 every 7 days.
 
I went from 200lbs to 220lbs on 250mgs of test ent for ten weeks. I did not gain any fat I actually leaned out. I continued to eat clean I just ate more.
I knew nothing about HCG and Clomid and I eventually dropped back down to 206lbs within a few months.

250mgs of sust was my first cycle and leaned up pretty good while gaining some mass...i would say that would be a good start..

their you have it. good gains / but do proper pct/ and you will keep gains (protein is a must) drink lots of water!!!
