lower chest

hi all]

I am having trouble building the area where the nipple is. I mean the upper chest is build but having trouble with the lower part.
I dnt think it is a sign of gyno as i have been using nolva and proviron since start of my cycle. Maybe it could be fat cause it is not hard. or i am not training the lower part
anyone got any suggestions?

also, you might want to think about using YohimburnDF w/ the Dips/Decline... I have heard people using this to get reid of extra chest fat.

i wouldnt try and build the lower chest since all the muscle hangs down there anyway i would just stick to middle and upper chest

Yea Decline is good exercise for lower, i really like decline db press. Go light at first to get the feeling i have seen a cpl people hurt a shoulder or send a db across the gym floor.

Yeah, I've always felt this way as well. I've never wanted to work my lower chest too much, cause I always had this idea that it would lead to having long pecs. I don't want my pecs to make up 1/2 of my upper torso.

The length from top to bottom of your pecs is going to be genetic- the only thing that would make them seem bigger is if they hung down further.
