Lower center pec workout

Hey guys, I've been doing many different types of pec excercises and have achieved pretty good results but my lower center pec is almost non existing. Someone told me to do decline bench press and have a close grip and flex my pecs as hard as I can constantly. I don't think it's working.

Supposedly decline bench trains the lower chest better than the other presses but I haven't received any evidence to support this. Although most people refuse to do it because they get some droopiness.

I think this post is a joke.

Work on overall pec size, and chances are it will all fall into place. I used to have HORRIBLE pecs, but once I stopped caring about different angles, exercises, and blasting this and that, etc (luckily for me, I learned this very early on), my pecs took off. My main movment was weighted dips, and they did me wonders.

Try a low incline bench press or reg. flat bench and weighted dips. Just do those two exercises. Work on building up your strength in those two movements. Eat good, and don't neglect other body parts. You will most likely fill out not only your 'lower center pec' but everywhere as well. Good luck.

Your problem is genetic brother. The way your chest is shaped is nothing you can change. Size & definition yes. Shape no. If you have a natural "gap" there, then you're stuck with it. Sorry. And Decline Close-Grips would be more for Tris rather that what your friend told you. No offense.
