Lower Body Workouts Get Ya Pumpin'

upper body lifting makes me feel tight, but it takes some lower body workouts (leg presses, squats) to get my heart and pulse rate pumping!

just me, or have ya'll also noticed this also?
 
hell yeah, i had a shorteness of breath and could feel my metabolism hit high gear after just 3 12 rep sets and 3 20 rep sets of squats with 1 minute rest between 'em. that is a unique feeling you only get when doing squats.

Some upper body workouts get my heart rate up too.

However, a side effect I occasionally get from lower body workouts are....shall we say....rather intense wood (the kind that makes you glad you're wearing a long shirt).

I suppose it's just the high BP doing it's thing with the elevated T, but it's almost embarasing....especially if a lady who's rather reserved about such things notices and then trys to act like she doesn't notice (you know the constant glancing at "it" while trying to talk about the weather).
 
just got back from the gym..................

foikin' squats!!!! make my heart pump, pulse pound, got light headed.................YEAH BA-BY!!!!! in 5 hours i'll be hobbling around like an old geezer.
