Lower Back

I have a problem losing fat from my lower back. My abs look good right now but my lower back sucks:( . What can I do to improve my lower back?
I do Hyperextensions and Good Mornings twice a week, with high reps and moderate weight. Will my cycle lower the fat in this area or make it worse?
 
fat is fat and you cant really spot reduce it with exercise. We all have our little baggage areas where fat collects first and is the last place to leave. Your best bet is to just lower BF some more or perhaps try topical yohimbine etc and see if it helps.

Do dead lifts to get the muscle but cardio will help u lose fat........ try jogging
