lower back pain

laylt during my workout and if i stand for to long my lower back tightens up and feel extremly pumped. could this be from water retention? thanx

right now im on 750sus
400deca and 30mg dbol
 
Yes, Dbol is notorious for this. Your cycle is very bloat inducive, maybe try using some proviron or arimidex and a mild diurectic. Next time, try that cycle with winny instead of Dbol, or EQ instead of Deca to keep better control of the H20 retention and sides. Keep an eye on your BP also.
 
Yep, dbol it is. Pumps are painful.
Sometimes I have to sit down in a middle of workout for 5-10 min, looking like an idiot, to relax the muscles. And when it comes to deadlifts, forget it, no often then once in two weeks..hehe..
 
If you are shooting in your ass, this may be causing it too. When I was doing a lot of winny shots I was going in the glutes 4 times a week and my lower back got so tight I could not stay in any position for very long without major stiffness.
 
dbol sometimes causes me to only do partial reps because of the massive pumps i receive, but i love dbol ..
