Lower Back Injury

One day I was deadlifting with relatively low weight (but at high speed) when I felt something painful.

The above event happened around 3 weeks ago and I think I have a herniated disc due to the following sensations:

-Left side of lower back in pain when stretched

-Left leg feels weird and weaker


Anyone knows if there are any stretches or procedures I can do at home to help my bulging lumbar disc?

Does anyone think the above symptoms could originate from a pulled/overstretched muscle?
 
go to a chiro, no one can tell you from a description. it does sound like my injury I had last year which turned out to be a lower back subluxation. my arch in my lower back was 20 degrees instead of 30.
